This week has been an interesting week regarding my ambassadorship with lululemon.
Firstly - My year-long term on the AAB - Ambassador Advisory Board - comes to an end. I had my last meeting yesterday. The board consists of 8 global ambassadors who over the last year have given their advice on diversity issues. It was a wonderful experience and I wish the new ambassadors every success.
lululemon IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Action) mission is to acknowledge, support, increase diversity and inclusion in the community and hopefully the advice I gave them will help in some way towards their mission.
Secondly - This week lululemon Cork store offered to renew my contract for another year and of course, I agreed. Looking forward to what the next year will bring.
Some key highlights for me from the last year have been:
- The Cork run event was a fantastic experience and I really enjoyed it. The run event will be back during the summer so watch this space for details.
- The Stories that Move You Video. The video was a huge success and I had a fantastic time making it.
- Sitting on the AAB - it was a fabulous experience to sit on the board with other ambassadors to advise on diversity and inclusion issues. What a privilege it has been.
Looking forward to what the next year will bring. I am honored and grateful to be part of this community.
