Enjoyed speaking at the lululemon European Head Office in London yesterday. The theme for my talk was 'Be all in.' I shared my journey to date. My main messages centred around: Choices, Curiosity and Commitment.
Before the talk - I took part in a run with the lululemon staff and my guide runner John. We went for a 5K loop taking in some of the popular tourist sights including a photo stop at Buckingham Palace.
Chasing those kms is so much fun in good company.
I’ve had a great time in London over the past few days. The purpose of the trip was to give a talk at the lululemon head office but it was more than that. All in all in was an amazing experience. Started with a visit to to the lululemon shop, Regent Street and got kitted out. The staff in there were amazing. In particular, Payal, who showed great patience with me as I went through numerous outfit changes.
