Law Society of Ireland Calcutta Run.
Calcutta Run was back with a bang, returning to Blackhall Place on May 28! Over 1,000 participants registered.
Well done to the Law Society for continuously putting this run on year after year - 24 years.
€4.75 million has been raised over 23 years, which has helped countless homeless young people both at home and abroad through the Peter McVerry Trust, The Hope Foundation, and previously through GOAL.
Thank you to my running guide the legend that is Aisling Gannon and backup support Glenn who both guided me around the course safely and made the run extremely enjoyable.
If anyone hasn't done the Calcutta run I would highly recommend it for next year.
