Great day today at Croke Park with Sightsavers Ireland (Ciara, Lauren, Maeve, Benvalle) and adventure.ie Events - Store - Explore (Ronan and all the team) and guide John O'Regan - Ultra Runner.
At the top of the abseil, there was a mind battle as to whether I could do it. Thankfully with the help of all those around me and some very encouraging words I managed to conquer my fears to just do it. I am proud of myself for taking on the challenge. I faced my fear and stepped outside my comfort zone.
I would encourage you all to book your place for next October 2023. It’s a nerve-wracking, fun day all in one. If you want to set yourself a challenge this is definitely a great experience.
